Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using VoiceInk, you agree to these terms. VoiceInk is operated by Pixel Drift LLC. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Free tier

The Free tier is free forever — 20 transcriptions per day, fully offline. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice, though we have no current intention to do so.

3. Pro subscription

• Pro is billed monthly ($9/mo) or annually ($69/yr) via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VoiceInk to transcribe content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

VoiceInk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on the Whisper model chosen and audio quality. We are not liable for errors in transcribed text.
