Why Your Hands Are the Bottleneck (And What to Do About It)

The average person types around 40 words per minute. A fast typist might hit 80. But most people speak at 120 to 150 words per minute without even trying. That gap is not a minor inconvenience. It is a structural limit on how fast you can move ideas from your head into the world.
